Children’s Mental Health Week (09.02.26)
We celebrated Children’s Mental Health week with a focus on the theme ‘This is my place’. Each class did their own take on the theme, with a key focus on developing each pupil’s understanding of belonging. Sunnybrow Primary School is like a family and it was lovely to see how many children recognise school as a safe space.
Superheroes Sports with Mikey (25.11.25)
Class 1 had great fun in their Superheroes Sports session with Mikey from Education Enterprise this morning. They used their super powers to show their skills and teamwork.
World Mental Health (10.10.25)
As part of World Mental Health Day, we took part in tea and talk! We used our 5Ls when discussing worries and strategies for managing emotions with our talk partners. We also enjoyed some hot chocolate and biscuits. Every class had a visit from Sian at Chartwells and she explored how eating a balanced diet can really help with our mental health.
