Food bank collection (15.10.26)
As part of our Harvest Festival, we asked our families if anyone would be able to kindly donate towards our food bank collection. We managed to gather together 6 hampers-worth of food, which we delivered to our local food bank. The ladies at the food bank asked us to pass on their thanks to our families for their generous donations.
Class One’s Parent Event (07.10.26)
Class 1 held their first parent event of the year. This time, they opted to hold a stay and play session for families when they dropped children off for the day. This was a lovely opportunity for all our gorgeous EYFS children to show their families around our newly reconstructed EYFS provision and take part in some of the exciting activities they get to take part in each day. It was very well attended and the children loved having their special people in school with them for the morning.
Break the Rules Day (14.09.26)
To raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support, we decided to host a ‘break the rules day’ instead of a coffee morning. Children could choose from a list of rules they would like to break and had to donate 50p per rule! It was a fun day and we raised £125.50! Well done everyone!
