School Election Week 16.09.24
It’s been our annual Election week at Sunnybrow again this week. Classes 2, 3 and 4 candidates campaigned to be the School Council members for their class and then a democratic vote was held to choose the new members.
School Election week 18.09.23
We have held ‘Election Week’ in school to determine the new members of our School Council, Sunshine Supporters and Reading Ambassadors. Reading Ambassadors were invited to fill in an application form to apply for the position and Mrs Cooper has then had the difficult job of selecting and appointing the successful candidates.
Candidates for the School Council and Sunshine Supporters wrote their own speeches explaining why they thought they would make good councilors or supporters and presented these to their peers. The rest of the class then took a secret vote to chose who they would like to represent them.
After all the votes were counted, our newly elected committees are:
