At Sunnybrow Primary School, we strongly encourage all pupils to wear school uniform. We believe that wearing a school uniform helps promote a strong sense of identity within school and the community which creates pride in the children and their school. It makes them feel part of our school family.
Our school has a duty to make sure that the uniform we require is affordable, in line with statutory guidance from the Department for Education on the cost of school uniform.
We do not require any part of our uniform to have our school logo (optional) and generic items in the school colours can be worn.
Our uniform:
Our school’s new uniform supplier is local firm Cre8ive Graphics and the link is:

Our uniform consists of:
-Navy blue Sweatshirt/Cardigan
-White or navy polo shirt
-Grey or black trousers/skirt and blue summer dress in summer
-Black shoes or trainers. Shoes should not have any heels for health and safety purposes.
This is all in accordance with our School Uniform Policy https://sunnybrow.durham.sch.uk/about-us/school-policies/
Earrings may be worn but they should be studs only and your child should be able to remove them themselves for PE lessons.
We ask that children be fully prepared for the weather when coming to school with a warm coat, hat, gloves and wellies in winter and a sun hat in summer.
Please ensure that all items, including coats, bags and shoes, are labelled with your child’s name.
